Terms and Conditions of Service

• Establishment: GV Suite Collection, located in Rome, Via Cola di Rienzo.
• Client/Guest: the person who makes a reservation and uses the services.
• Services: accommodation, cleaning, reception, recommended experiences, and other ancillary services that may be included.

• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment, total or partial, according to the conditions of the selected rate.
• GV Suite Collection reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of non-payment within the specified terms.
• The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the reservation process.

• Cancellation conditions vary based on the type of rate chosen (flexible or non-refundable) and are specified at the time of booking.
• In case of no show (failure to appear), the full amount of the stay will be charged.
• Modification requests are subject to availability and the applied rate policy.

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after this time must be agreed upon in advance.
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Unauthorized delays may result in the charge of an additional night.

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
• Hosting unregistered guests is not allowed without prior authorization.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon with the management.
• Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Even outside these hours, guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum and speak in low tones to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
• Parties and events are not permitted inside the property to ensure the tranquility of all guests.
• The property is located in a building shared with other families; guests are therefore asked to behave discreetly and avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors.
• Any used dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher to leave the kitchen tidy for other guests.
• Any damage caused by the Guest or their visitors will be charged.

• Rooms are cleaned daily, unless otherwise agreed.
• Bed and bathroom linen is changed every 3 days or upon request (extra service).
• For short stays (1-2 nights), linen is not replaced unless specifically requested.

• GV Suite Collection is not responsible for any loss or theft of unattended items.
• Guests are advised not to leave valuables in the room.
• The establishment cannot be held responsible for temporary service interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., blackouts, external events, public works).

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that:

• The collected data will be processed exclusively for purposes related to the stay, administrative, fiscal, and legal management.
• Processing is carried out using IT and paper tools in a lawful and transparent manner.
• The Data Controller is GV Lux Stay S.r.l. .

• Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Use is permitted exclusively for legal purposes. GV Suite Collection is not responsible for improper or illegal use of the network by the guest.
• The use of electrical outlets for non-domestic devices is prohibited unless authorized.

For any disputes relating to these Terms, the Court of Rome shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
